TRIP
Our 12-day adventure begins in the ancient city of Anuradhapura,
where history and spirituality intertwine. Explore
sacred temples and ancient ruins that whisper stories of a bygone
era. As we continue to Sigiriya on day two, the iconic
Sigiriya Rock Fortress awaits. Ascend to the summit and be rewarded
with panoramic views and ancient frescoes.
Day three leads us to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka.
Here, the revered Temple of the Tooth Relic awaits your
exploration. Stroll by Kandy Lake and indulge in the city's vibrant
culture. On day five, we journey to the picturesque
Nuwara Eliya, offering respite from the tropical heat with its cool
climate and tea plantations.
As the adventure unfolds, day eight takes us to Yala National Park,
known for its diverse wildlife. Safari through the
untamed wilderness, and with luck, spot leopards, elephants, and
myriad bird species. Our journey reaches its coastal
climax in Mirissa on day nine. Bask in the beauty of pristine
beaches and set sail for whale-watching excursions.
On the eleventh day, we explore Colombo, Sri Lanka's bustling
capital, where modernity meets tradition. Discover the
city's vibrant markets, historic landmarks, and contemporary
delights. Our journey comes full circle as we return to
Negombo/Katunayaka on day twelve, cherishing the memories of an
extraordinary Sri Lankan odyssey.
